Emilio Martínez Hernández is a senior finance executive with more than 25 years of international experience across corporate finance, capital markets, financial restructuring and digital transformation of the finance function.
Throughout his career he has held senior leadership roles including CFO, Interim CFO, Deputy Group CFO and Global Head of Corporate Treasury, working closely with executive management teams, boards of directors and investors in complex financial environments.
He has worked in multinational organisations including companies such as Danone, Syngenta, Codere or DomusVi, as well as international corporate groups operating across Europe and global markets.
His sector experience includes Metallurgical, Food and Beverages, Agro-Chemical, Gaming and Health Care industries.
Alongside my experience in corporate finance and CFO roles, I actively explore and apply modern analytical tools, including artificial intelligence and large language models, to enhance financial analysis, reporting preparation and structured information processing.
